Hemp Seed Hand & Body Lotion  While we are on the subject of massage oils, I want to share the Hand and Body Lotion from Earthly Body.  It is my personal favorite as it feels so good when applied.  Using it is a wonderful way to relax and indulge yourself.  It restores elasticity and flexibility to the skin. This non-greasy formula absorbs quickly and contains an ultra-moisturizing, nutrient-rich blend of Hemp Seed Oil and Argan Oil, which your skin healthy, radiant, and silky smooth.
Argan oil is beneficial because it deeply moisturizes your skin, while helping to prevent the appearance of aging  (who doesn’t like that?).  Hemp seed oil has high levels of Omega 3 and 6 Essential Fatty Acids which nourish and protect our skin.  HUMAN TOUCH


Reaching out or receiving human touch has always been a way of expressing emotion to another.


 It lets us know someone cares on an individual level.  Whether you are the recipient or giver of touch, it is of comfort.


The corona virus is a wakeup call… When we are told NOT to reach out whatsoever and touch another -

we now know the loss and how important that sense is. 


Whether the touch is a sign of “Hello, I think so much of you,” or to a way to say “I love you” . . . whichever . . . 


Like anything - when it is taken away we appreciate its importance so much more. 


Perhaps this is the silver lining that will remain . . .


When our lives return to what we once knew,


 We can then, once again,
